Strategic plan

Over several months in 2016 with the assistance of an external facilitator, the board of directors of Everywoman’s, along with interested staff, collaboratively developed this strategic plan. The process resulted in the redevelopment of the vision, mission and value statements and the formulation of three major strategic goals. The time frame for the plan is 2.5 years, extending from November 2016 to March 2019.

Strategic Goals

  • To address limited capacity by optimizing organizational function and culture, to continue to evolve Everywoman’s Health Centre’s model of care, and to mindfully balance the needs of both clients and staff while pursuing these goals.
  • To acquire additional funding by identifying, increasing, and diversifying funding sources, including unconstrained funding and partnerships.
  • To develop and implement a key stakeholder communications strategy that results in a celebration of reproductive choice and in increased funding and support.
